The 12th annual Global Residence and Citizenship Conference took place 4–6 November 2018 at the Mina A’Salam Hotel in Dubai. The event, which was attended by more than 400 delegates from over 40 countries, saw the official launch of a brand new citizenship-by-investment program in Moldova, and featured a keynote address by AI sensation, Sophia the Robot.
