French Nationality Ranked No. 1 Globally For Eighth Year

Following the launch of the Kälin – Kochenov Quality of Nationality Index (QNI) in November 2019, Bloomberg published this piece examining why European nations tend to perform so well on the Index. As Dr. Kälin has previously argued, national isolationism is unlikely to improve the lives of a nation’s citizens. The high ranking of European nations, which allow free movement and settlement rights between one another, is more evidence to prove this point.
