Dr. Christian Kälin's Speech At The 2018 Global Citizens Award® Dinner In Honor Of Diep N. Vuong

The Global Citizens Award® is presented annually by international residence and citizenship advisory firm Henley & Partners to an inspiring individual who has made an extraordinary contribution to the global community by advancing efforts to combat one of the day’s pressing ‘global issues’, defined by the UN as those problems that transcend national boundaries and cannot be resolved by any one country acting alone. In 2018 the award was given to Diep N. Vuong, the Co-founder and President of Pacific Links Foundation, an international organization based in Vietnam that strives to help victims of human trafficking. Dr. Kälin's speech to present the award was made at the 12th Global Residence and Citizenship Conference in Dubai, November 2018.
